Refund, Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy

Preamble

Every iKKiU piece is a statement item that was carefully crafted and infused with positive energy to bring light into your life. We truly believe that you will fall in love with the iKKiU piece you buy or receive as a gift, and that you will hold on to it as a keepsake and a token of good vibes. If you ever have a change of heart, you can always return the product according to the below terms. 


Refund Policy 

iKKiU items cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for an item of similar or greater value, subject to availability, within 7 days of the original purchase.


Exchange Terms & Conditions  

  • To require an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team through WhatsApp on 00971568568167 or by e-mail on hello@ikkiu.com. A team member will coordinate the exchange details with you.
  • An item can be exchanged provided that it was not used, opened, altered, tampered or otherwise touched in a manner that it cannot be used by another user or client anymore.
  • If you wish to exchange an item and the desired piece is greater in value, you will be asked to settle the difference. If, however, the price of the desired item is lower than the price of the original product bought, you will receive a Gift Card with the remaining amount which can be deducted from your next iKKiU purchase. 
  • Kindly note that iKKiU does not provide a pick-up and delivery service for exchanged items. 

Order Cancellation 

If you were using the iKKiU e-shop and had a change of heart, you may cancel your order according to the below terms.

  • You can cancel your order with 3 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel your order, kindly inform our Customer Service team through WhatsApp on 00971568568167 or by e-mail on hello@ikkiu.com.

  • In case you had chosen the “Cash-On-Delivery” (COD) option and your cancellation order was acknowledged and approved by our team, you will incur no costs. 
    •
  • If, however, you used the “Pay by Card” option and the cancellation order was acknowledged and approved by our team, we will refund the amount paid to your card within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time. 
  • Order cancellations cannot be made upon delivery or once the item has been delivered and received. In such cases, only an exchange request can be placed based on the aforementioned terms and conditions.

    • This Refund, Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy has been amended on 9 August, 2023 and shall be applicable for all orders placed after that date.
